This Privacy Policy describes how Westeryn Hub (operated by Kaenosys Technologies) collects, uses and protects your personal information, in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Who We Are

Westeryn Hub is a platform developed and operated by Kaenosys Technologies, a proprietorship based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users personal information in compliance with applicable Indian laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).

2. Information We Collect

Mandatory: Name, email address, phone number, flat/unit number, and society details during registration. Vehicle numbers if required by your society security setup.

Optional: Profile photos, only if you choose to upload one. We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, or banking credentials.

Website analytics: We use Google Analytics on westerynhub.com to understand visitor traffic via standard cookies. The Westeryn Hub app itself does not use tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Westeryn Hub platform for your society - billing, complaints, visitor management, and announcements.
• To send billing reminders, complaint updates, and society notices via push notification and in-app messages.
• To improve the platform using aggregate, anonymised usage data. We do not use your personal data for advertising.

4. Data Isolation and Multi-Tenancy

Each society data is fully isolated at the database level using a unique society identifier enforced server-side. Residents and admins of one society cannot access any data belonging to another society under any circumstances.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Google Analytics is used only on our public website (westerynhub.com) to track aggregate visitor statistics. No advertising or behavioural tracking is used. The Westeryn Hub app does not use third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data Sharing

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share only what is necessary with these trusted providers:

• Razorpay - for secure payment processing
• Cloud hosting providers - for application and database hosting
• Google Analytics - aggregate website traffic only
• Law enforcement - only when legally required

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained for the duration of an active subscription. On termination, society administrators can export all data within 7 days of request. After termination, data is held for 90 days then permanently deleted.

8. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

Under India's DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at contact@westerynhub.com - we respond within 7 business days.

9. Children Privacy

Westeryn Hub is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify society administrators via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before any material changes to this policy take effect.
